JUVEIL Labs is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Notice.

2. JUVEIL Product Updates

If you choose to receive JUVEIL Product Updates, we process your email address so that we can send you occasional information about JUVEIL product development, availability and launch.

Providing your email address is voluntary. Without it, we cannot provide the Product Updates subscription.

We use your consent to operate the subscription. You can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our emails or by contacting privacy@juveil.com.

3. Double opt-in

We use a double-opt-in process.

After submitting your email address, you receive a confirmation email. Your address becomes eligible to receive Product Updates only after you confirm the subscription through that email.

The confirmation process helps verify that the person controlling the email address requested the subscription and provides evidence of the subscription request.

4. Data we process

The Product Updates service is designed to limit personal-data processing to what is necessary to operate the subscription.

This may include:

• your email address;
• subscription and suppression status;
• signup and confirmation timestamps;
• the version of the consent wording shown when you subscribed;
• the version of this Privacy Notice;
• a controlled signup-source identifier;
• the subscriber identifier assigned by our email-service provider.

We do not use the Product Updates form to collect your name, phone number, location, profile information or free-text information.

We do not intentionally store or forward your IP address or user-agent as subscriber-profile attributes.

Technical infrastructure providers may process network and security information as part of operating their services.

5. Service providers

Vercel

Vercel provides infrastructure used to operate and protect juveil.com and its server-side functionality.

Brevo

Brevo operates the Product Updates double-opt-in process, subscriber list, email delivery, unsubscribe and suppression functions on our behalf.

The Product Updates form on juveil.com does not use a Brevo browser widget or browser-side Brevo script. The form is submitted to a JUVEIL-controlled endpoint and transmitted from the server to Brevo.

Email engagement tracking will be configured as restrictively as available for the selected service plan, preferring no recipient-level tracking.

6. Retention

Unconfirmed Product Updates submissions are retained only for the confirmation process and for no more than 30 days, subject to narrowly necessary security or legal records.

Confirmed subscriber information is retained while the subscription remains active and the Product Updates purpose continues.

After withdrawal, complaint or permanent delivery failure, sending stops. A minimum suppression record may be retained where necessary to ensure that the withdrawal or delivery restriction continues to be respected.

Depending on where you are located, applicable privacy and data-protection law may provide additional rights concerning your personal data.

8. Direct marketing and unsubscribe

JUVEIL Product Updates are sent only after you request them and complete the confirmation process.

You can withdraw from Product Updates at any time.

Every Product Updates campaign will provide an unsubscribe mechanism.

Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Processing locations

Personal data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to operate the website and Product Updates service.

Our principal Product Updates service providers are Vercel for website infrastructure and Brevo for subscription and email delivery.

Their infrastructure, subprocessors and processing locations may change over time in accordance with their contractual service arrangements.

10. Cookies and browser tracking

The JUVEIL Product Updates signup flow is designed not to require advertising cookies, analytics cookies, third-party signup widgets or browser-side marketing scripts.

If this changes, this Privacy Notice and any required controls will be updated before the relevant technology is activated.

11. Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and misuse.

Access to service-provider accounts, API credentials and subscriber information is restricted to authorized operators.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice when the Product Updates service, service providers, applicable requirements or our processing practices change.

Where appropriate, the version of the notice associated with a subscription will be retained as part of the consent record.
